John Ropchan

Director Geophysical Operations, Arcis Seismic Solutions
John started his seismic journey as a surveyor nearly 40 years ago. Using his seismic operations experience and expertise, he leads the Geophysical Operations Department, ensuring operational excellence and quality in our products in the safest possible manner. John is actively involved in the industry and is also a board member with CAGC. John is the Director of Feld Operations Land  with Arcis a division of TGS ,Managing Proprietary Acquisition projects, Multi-Client, as well as the Arcis QHSE systems and process.

Graziella Kirtland GrechGraziella Kirtland Grech

Director, Processing & Reservoir Services
Graziella has over 20 years of technical and managerial industry experience in Canada and overseas, including research and development, geophysical technical support, and leading multidisciplinary teams. At Arcis, Graziella directs the Processing and Reservoir group whilst working closely with the Technical Leadership Team to implement new technology and integrated solutions to help our clients leverage their data.

Mike's 20 years of broad experience in the geophysical industry have spanned diverse areas including programming, research and development, management and technical marketing. Mike's role at Arcis is centered on the continued development of our high-level proprietary geophysical software as well as developing our people resources, and managing the growth and development of our global business.

 Andrew Dyke

 Manager Onshore & Offshore Sales

Andy is responsible for managing the Arcis Multi-Client Onshore Sales and PD activities. Prior to his recent appointment, Andy was also heavily involved in Sales of the TGS East Coast Canada offshore assets including Well Data Packages. Andy has more than 29 years of industry experience, most of which involved both hands-on processing plus managing data processing centers in London, Tripoli, Johannesburg, Houston, Caracas, Perth and of course Calgary.
