Seismic Data Processing
Arcis Seismic Solutions (Arcis) provides 2D and 3D land, marine, and depth seismic data processing for domestic and international markets. We have the resources, expertise, and state-of-the-art technology to process today’s large, structurally complex data volumes. To improve the quality of our service and to better serve our customers, we continually invest in the development of our own proprietary software and tools.
Reservoir Analysis
Seismic characterization of reservoirs is vital for exploration and production of hydrocarbons. Seismic reservoir characterization assists in the definition of geometry of a reservoir, the distribution of physical property characteristics within a reservoir, and in correlation of all available detail. Arcis brings value to your reservoir assets through a range of services. We specialize in working with our clients to solve / address their specific problems and find a solution that works for them.
Data Library
Arcis offers one of the most current seismic data libraries of predominantly 3D data for the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, including Northeast British Columbia. Our data library consists of 2D and 3D seismic data for which Arcis has ownership or control, and for which a licensed copy may be sold to any interested party.
Co-Investment Surveys
As energy companies increasingly strive to reduce the cost of seismic data, they are turning to cost-sharing arrangements such as co-investment surveys.
Arcis provides access to new, high quality 2D and 3D seismic data through projects that are pre-funded by individual or multiple customers. We focus on areas where there is believed to be demand for high resolution seismic data, due to either a lack of existing coverage or inadequate vintage data.
Typically, Arcis retains ownership of the data and sells licenses to our clients on a non-exclusive basis, providing access to data at a fraction of the acquisition cost for proprietary surveys. Our flexible terms and conditions allow the creation of unique proposals to fit your individual needs and ultimately reduce exploration and development costs.
Arcis is the only co-investment data provider with geoscientists on staff and the only provider to create final technical reports on all new data acquisition.

Arcis’ project management team has extensive experience in all aspects of seismic project management, from government approvals, mapping, and stakeholder relations, to trades procurement and health and safety. Focusing on your needs, we deliver geophysical information proficiently and inexpensively. Whether you are looking to obtain trade data, negotiate data trades, or buy and sell proprietary rights, we can negotiate prices and physically disperse the information to ensure the protection of your anonymity and financial interests. You can quickly inspect the specific seismic data we locate, at no charge, prior to making a purchase decision.

Arcis offers a range of geo-consulting services to compliment its seismic processing and reservoir characterization services. Our associates are specialists with extensive experience working in structurally complex terrains and carbonate, clastic, and mixed systems globally.
Geotechnical & Digital Media Services
Geotechnical services are an integral part of Arcis’ integrated seismic solutions offering. Services include, GIS/mapping, Government approvals, 3D design and modeling, and survey project management. Digital media services include tape consolidation, 3D data extraction, workstation services, and mapping/modeling.
